Atlanta AI Ad Fest (“AIAF”) collects information you provide when creating a creator profile, submitting an entry, or applying as a partner — including name, email, country, portfolio links, team contacts, photos, film files, and related metadata.

We use this information to operate the festival: receive and review entries, communicate about status, administer awards, publish selected works with credit, and respond to partnership inquiries.

Entry media and team photos may be stored with our hosting providers (including cloud storage). Access to submission systems is limited to festival operators using authenticated admin access.

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers that process data on our behalf, or when required by law. Published winners and featured works may include creator names, countries, synopses, and stills.
